I wish we had had material like Julie Schmidt's five posts in this article to read and reflect on for teacher faculty meetings in my school. Many times these meetings can seem pointless, unfocused, or nonproductive - consisting of announcements that could be sent over email. Meetings could then be focused in teacher growth and productivity, and these five articles would have been perfect for giving teachers opportunities to get in small groups and discuss these topics - or even for a large group presentation to teachers.
